[Resolved] LG Electronics — problem in plasma tv | |||
I have bought a plasma television from a nearby lg showroom, product pdp tv Model no : 42pna500.Atr Set serial no 310pp Date of purchase:14/11/2013 Complain: Company service man came on time as per the request, but after inspection i was told to send the tv at their service station, doing so on the other day when i went to know the status of my tv the concerned person at the service station(Mr vaibhav) says that a particular part is not working which is not available with them so it has to be brought from the company. My complaint is they are not giving any confirm date for the delivery on asking they said it would take many days. I am using many products of lg in my house as well as in my office so i am bit disturbed as the whoe family has something or other to watch on the tv nowadays so i think this should not happen with such huge multinational company with such a big networking and reputation.
