We buy a single door refrigrator from a local shop, after some time the water which collected after depfreezing start smelling we call customer care but the person responsible for service came home after 15 day, the water spoil n smell very badly ..then the service man take off the basket where water is spoiling and gave basket to us and told us to wash the basket..when we ask him that it is his duty to wash he rudly say no and Go back..Stop Buying lg products Was this information helpful? | |||
