[Resolved] LG Electronics — Replacement of Damaged Parts - Refrigerator | |||
We have purchased LG refrigerator 420 Ltrs. from Reliance Digital, Nizampura, Vadodara on[protected]. We found two trays damaged and lodged the complain to the person of LG who visited on[protected]. They have replaced only one tray. For another tray we have again lodged complain vide ref. no.[protected] on 28th January, 2015. We contacted your customer care number(toll free) and talked. They have given us contact no. [protected] of Krishna Service Centre, Baroda. We have contacted many time to service centre but they have not solved the complain and given false promise and commitment. If we will not get the solution within 10 days then we will have no option but to take legal action and file a complain with consumer court.
