I purchased and made my biggest mistake buying AC with LG in Feb'14 from Fundametals Home Care. Ever since then, every month my machine gives trouble. At times the cooling isnt right or the machine creates an unnatural sound. I have complained and the machine is repaired 5-6 times now but with no solution.
This is the 6th time I am requesting for a service. I need immediate replacement. This is RIDICULOUS.
As customers we are being cheated and have no solution. I have lodged a complaint at the Consumer Court. The compliant id is 1573/2014.
Looking forward for a quick closure.
