I have a Split AC, it runs into trouble, I log complaint with LG Service center (RNA[protected]...they promise someone will call in 2 hours and visit within 24 hours, no one calls, no one visits...when I complain again...I am directed to Service center, someone finally visits and all he does is cleans the AC and tells me Gas is less and needs to be refilled...when I ask him to do it...he says you have to call on Service center...it is 7 days the AC is still not working and when I call Service center to check, they happily confirm my complaint is closed...fail to understand how a complaint is closed without resolution...
2 Service center numbers and Service center COO Sajid Syed never pick up phone calls ([protected] & [protected])
Not sure if LG was waiting for my AC to go out of warranty and that charges can be imposed.
