[Resolved] LG Electronics — Sxs refrigerator | |||
I have purchased SXS LG REFERIGERATOR on 25th November 2011 from LG Dealer The fridge stopped on 10th jan 2016 morning and I lodged complaint to customer care vide RNA[protected] Their engineer came and checked the fridge and advised its Mother Board PC Board is to be replacrd and the same is not in their stock HE stateway told me that it will take 3/4 days to get the same. After four days when I contact service center for more than 7 to 8 times but I don’t get a proper replay from their side. Now it’s been 10 days I don’t get my refrigerator working. When I contacted a local electronic service center, he came and repaired my board. If such a person can do then why are you taking this much time? Its very sorry to inform this type of serives from LG is really bad. IMMMEDIATE ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN TO MAKE THE FRIDGE PROPER WORKING WITH NEW BOARD IF NEEDED. Was this information helpful? | |||
