LG Electronics — TV Problem not being attended to Since SIX Days

I have a 50 inch plasma TV which is not working. I have registered a complaint since 27th August and the complaint number is RNA[protected] Since then I have made half a dozen calls to LG helpline. I receive a standard reply that this call will be attended in 24 hours. Today it is the 6th day and I have not received a call !!! Please note that I will have no option but to go with my grievance to the INTERNET AND SOCIAL MEDIA. I have a recording of all calls made to the center [protected].16 [protected].41 [protected].30 [protected].25 [protected].27 The service center number your people give is never answered. Will anyone buy an LG product after this kind of service.
