LG Electronics — Washing machine stopped working

Sir, After many time suffering I have to write this compliant. I purchased a new washing machine from Knati nagar delhi 110031, 05 month in less than a month the washing machine stopped working . I then call complaint customer care centre many times and i have complaint number RNA[protected] but still same position. Even complained to the customer care but no replies yet.
