LG Electronics — Water leakage from indoor unit

Purchased 1 ton Split A/c on 16.3.2015 from local authorized service center. From more that a month i have facing water leakage problem from indoor front side cabinet. Several time problem have been attended by your service person but still it is un resolved. Please find attached snap of the same as a pictorial evidence. Moreover complaint has also treat as closed/completed without attending the complaint. For reference i have docked a complaint vied complaint No RNA[protected] dated 17.7.2015, no one turn up in my house to attended the problem but status shown"completed". Please find attached herewith the screen shot of the same. Now please help me to resolve the issue permanently.
