[Resolved]  LG Electronics — Worst response from customer care

I have made a call for servicing of my AC on Friday. But since 48 hrs no body responded when I called on custmer care they put my call on hold after 30 seconds till 30 mints this kind of help they are doing with customer. I have called 5 times their reply was In 2 hrs somebody wll call you. If this kind of response from LG I am getting I am sure I wll not recommend any body to buy LG products, I know on this complain I wll get answer will solve shortly.
