I purchased LG spilt AC 3 Years ago. From day one I avail the AMC also. From last few days water is leaking from my AC and I have logged the complaint. Engineer came and respond that this problem will not be solved till reinsallation. But it cost me 1800/-. I told him that earlier installtion was done by LG engineer only and I have avail the AMC also. So why should i have to pay. He said, he cannot do anything and leave the place.
So please let me know how my problem will get resolved.
