[Resolved] LG India Ltd — Poor Service for repairing Brand New Mobile Phone LG G4

Dear Sir, I bought the LG G4 for Rs 46, 000 on 23 July 2015. I bought it for the dual sim and separate battery offer. The separate bty was delivered after 20 days through several emails and phone calls. After only 34 days, on 27 August the phone which cost 46000 has blacked out and switched off.
I have made 6 calls to the LG Call Centre. Till now I have not been able to speak to the supervisor. I took the phone to the LG Service Centre at Sector 15 Noida. They have checked and said the complete hardware of the phone needs to be changed which means all the memory records of the phone are lost. They have not given any replacement either. The LG company must change the phone and apologise for the poorest service and callous attitude of their staff.
