[Resolved] LG India — Poor Customer Service | |||
Hi, I am using a split LG AC since last one year.I have also extended the warranty of AC for next three year. Recently there was a fault in it and I had raised the complain for the same. The service executive from your center changed the compressor of the AC and filled gas in it. After that also the cooling was not appropriate, so I again raised the complain. This time the executive from your side told me that the voltage regulator is not working properly due to which the cooling is not sufficient. I have changed the regulator now, still the ac is not working properly. I am really disappointed by the service from your end.Kindly have a look over my problem.
