On 1stof May’2014 suddenly I found its black out. I called the service desk of LG Electronics Ltd. Afterchasing of 25 times to LG Electronics After long chasing so many time complaint has resister vide no RNA[protected] .Service engineer visitedand told me about the estimate expense of Rs. 3200/- for replacement of two parts, then next time he visited with repair estimate ofRs.22000.00.After some discussion Mr. Anil Kumar Supervisor of the regionstarted bargaining to Rs.18700.00. On 8th May, 2014 Mr. Jagmohan Supervisor sentengineer Mr. Dinesh he suggested that panel is to replace and will costis Aprox.Rs.18765.00 vide complaint no. RNA[protected]. In this above scenario, I am notconvinced, realized that the LG product is not up to mark and thesupport system not well trained. I have paid my hard earned money of Rs. 30250/- to you but Ihaven’t enjoy the same for not more than 9 months. I hereby requested to kindly repair or replace the aboveproduct as earliest possible.
