LG — Poor service | |||
I have purchased 47LED smart TV from Kohinoor, Vashi Navi mumbai on 27 sep 2013. After some time I have notice some de-coloring patch on TV. I thought it is problem of settopbox. When I Checked TV screen, with screen changing software using LAPTOP. I Icome to know that it is fault of TV. Then I register complaint RNA[protected] dated 20/12/2013. When the service person come, he put the blame on settopbox. When show the fault using LAPTOP etc. then he agree. Then they closed the complaint. I have to again register the complaint RNA [protected] dated 28/12/13. Then they change the screen of TV. Even after that fault is not rectified, but service person say It is OK. Then take the bill copy, ID etc. for replacement or refund on 4Jan 2014. After that they are making false promise and now they stopped responding (I am trying(call & SMS) to area manager of LG).
