Liberty Shoes — One of the item missing in the package

I have ordered two items from official liberty page as libertyshoesonline.com with order #[protected]. But have not received one item in the package. The order had cash on delivery option while delivery and have paid full amount but one item worth rs. 899 was missing in the package. Delivery package was fine so contacted phone no. Given in the shipping address. That person told me to resolve the issue and send me missing item same day. Have called him so many times and no update 3 weeks after receiving the incomplete order. I am highly disapointed with the kind of service they are providing and either want my missing item or my money back.
