LIC Agent — complaint regarding lic agent

This is ***** and i was holding the policy with lic with policy no ***** My policy was to be matured on 01/03/2015 but due to name changes it has not been matured yet. I had said to my lic agent named Vasant mengade in (fort branch) to the needful so that there should not be any problem during the claim but he was helpless saying he has no time and even he had not collected the single premium we had paid by standing in ques of lic offices .we took the help of other agents for the name change procedure . Is this type of services do your agents provide? I am complaining because I dont want that because of such a irresponsible agent others should suffer, and i also want to follow up this complaint on email id changed [protected]@gmail.com.
