Dear Sir I Konda Srinivas, LIC Agent, Code No : 1638164G, Kamareddy Branch, Nizamabad Dist., My Credit Card number [protected] Valid from 09/14 Valid thru 09/17. I received the credit card one month back. But i used one week back it showing card was declined. Can you please activate the card to do the transactions. your earliest reply highly appreciated.
