[Resolved]  LIC Credit Card — Non Closure of credit card

Dear sir, I wanted to close my credit card account with LIC card and called customer care number on 16.09.14. I asked customer care executive regarding my outstanding balance to be paid as on date so credit card will be closed. I was told told outstanding amount was Rs.33018. I made the payment through SBI internet banking (Transaction ID:NEFT INB:IR47305739 dated: 16.09.14). And I was told to send a mail to query.[protected]@corpobank.co.in for cancellation of credit card and I sent mail to above mentioned mailId for cancellation of credit card. But so far I have not received a single reply from them. Today again I sent a reminder mail to same emailid, but the my mail is bouncing back. I called customer care and surprised to hear that again there is an outstanding amount of Rs.625.I am fed up of these credit card people.
