[Resolved]  LIC Credit Card — Regarding pin no (password) of second Credit Card no-[protected]

I have not received the pin no of second card (with chip) till after about two months.I received the same in the month of August 2014.I have lodged my complaints several times earlier by phone, but got no result..It is a matter of sorrow .My card is now useless .Merchants do not take it without pin no..So please send the same as soon as possible.
