[Resolved]  LIC Housing Finance — Add my wife a co applicant to an existing home loan

I have taken home loan from LICHFL, partial amount released. I borrowed in my name only. Last month only I get the registry (sale deed) done by my builder. I did it in joint name with my wife as second owner. I submitted this original registry paper(sale deed) to LICHFL and also an application to add my wife(house wife) as co-applicant in my existing home Loan. LICHFL has refused to add her as second applicant saying it is illegal as Loan was sanctioned only in my name only and I was not supposed to add my wife in sale deed. Kindly suggest what should I do to get my wife added as second applicant in my existing home loan. Also, I fear, at the time of loan clearance, they will create problem to get my original sale-deed(registry paper) back. Please suggest me - what should do next ?
