I called Bangalore office customer care No. [protected] on 20/09/2014 around 10.15 am regarding my lone details, one gentleman received the call and not introduced himself and just started asking the information with rude manner, and then he has got one more call then he asked me to hold the call for while and suddenly responded with bad manner the requested can not considered, then I told him we are the customers you can not talk with us this manner them he used some bad words and told me that customer are not god we can not listen them and he told me that, go and complaint where ever you want to complaint they can not shake me we are the supreme here and then he disconnected his call with out giving any information. Dear sir / Madam, I am your customer since last 5 years with proper payment without any dues, I really got hurt with your customer care executive behavior and he used some bad words towards customers and me and it is not accepted, please be enquiry this matter give me justice at the earliest.
