LIC Housing Finance — Customer service behavioral issues | |||
Hi, My name is Tapas Sen. My loan account number is[protected]. I applied for a copy of my sale deed on 29/08/2015. When I submitted the application, Customer service person told me that it would take maximum 1 month to receive the copy. He also gave me a contact number and asked me to contact after 1 month. I called up in that number after one month. Customer Service person asked me to contact after another 10 days. I called up again after 10 days, they asked me to contact after 1 week. Since then I call them up in every week. Everytime they ask me to contact after 1 week. It more than 9 weeks now since I applied for the document. Today again they asked me to contact in next week. I tried to call the Area Manager. He is not picking up the phone. I am not sure what I will do next. Can you please help me.
