LIC Housing Finance — floating rate of interest

Ref.: 1) My file no. [protected] & Loan A/c no.[protected] of FY 2011-12 2)My request letter dated 12/06/2015 given to Jamdhedpur office. Dear Sir/Madam, Referred said above your jamshedpur office did not reply me . when I approached and discussed with them, they replied to contact and lodge the complaint with it's head office on customer portal.I have noted the following for your kind consideration & needful please- 1.Till time i did not get any message (SMS or Mail) as information / confirmation of my EMI payment & for change of interest rate as an alert however my mob. no. [protected] is recorded and registered with your Jamshedpur Office. 2.when concerned person of your jamshedpur office helped / guided me to complete the application form for housing loan I had selected a period of 3 years for fixed rate of interest ( However there were options for 3 years, 5 yrs and 10yrs fixed ROI), assuming and trusting the floating ROI will / should go down form existing ROI (10.70%) and this assumption was as per advice/guidance of your concerned officer .As per advice of your concerned officer i opted for 3 yrs fixed interest so as to get a benefit of expected lower ROI after 3 yrs. Otherwise in case of probability of floating ROI higher than fixed ROI I would have or any layman would have opted for 10 yrs. or 5 yrs fixed ROI, since it is beneficial and in favor of customer, if floating ROI normally goes up . This way Jamshedpur office of Lic housing finance has misguided me & did not give me right informations while applying for housing loan, due to which my ROI has gone up by 1.3 % after 3 yrs & I am encuring a major loss. No doubt your jamshedpur office is responsible for the same. So considering my past record (track) of timely payment & as I have been misguided resulting in a major losser, my said case must be considered for ROI 9.9% (as prevailing ROI) or maximum 10.7% which was applicable in my case.
