LIC Housing Finance — Inappropriate behavior and bad services by the agent

Hello Sir, This mail is regarding the inappropriate behavior by the agent Mr Amit posted at LIC Housing branch at Gurgaon sec 31, who was dealing with our loan[protected] amounting Rs 2000000 in the name of my wife Lt Cdr Gurpreet Kaur . Because of some unknown reason the ECS has not been started and we therefore incurred a penalty for late payment. on being asked for help, blatantly refused and started speaking absurd. This behavior is not at all accepted from the organisation on which we have entrusted our faith and is a government organisation. I am sure if he had been in private firm he would not have dared to do such deed. I therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and change our service rep who is more matured and hard working so to have unhindered collaboration in future.
