LIC Housing Finance — List of Documents not received in spite of payment of 570/- made before a month

Loan No :[protected] I have been trying to reach the agents since July'2015 for LOD but I am not getting any help which could help better. They have sent me those docs on 18th but I have not received it so when I asked them about the tracking details they said they dont have it. Then they again sent me document on 26th in Professional courier which didnt deliver it to me rather it sent back the docs by mistake to Bangalore office. I have been asking these people to send me a soft copy but none of them are responding to me. They are not picking up the phone also they are rude in their mail communication. Currently I am located at Bhubaneswar and I cant physically visit to bangalore for every small stuff. They should understand this and deliver what is committed by them.
