Dear Sir/Madam, This is in reference to the captioned account number. This is to bring to your notice that the Credit Report corresponding to the above mentioned Loan/Credit Card is reported under my name in my Credit Report. This is to further bring to your notice that I have made the required payments as per our interactions. This is to further inform you that the CIBIL report is not being updated appropriately despite the payments are made on time. Correspondingly, my CIBIL report is reflecting the earlier remark and this is impairing my capacity to seek financial assistance. In accordance with Section 19 of the Credit Information Companies Act, 2005 you in the capacity of a Credit Information Company, which is in possession or control of credit information, shall take such steps (including security safeguards), to ensure that the data pertaining to the credit information maintained by you is accurate and complete. Further, under Section 21 of the Credit Information Companies Act, 2005 it is your responsibility to update credit information within 30 days of the request made.
