Recently my Home was granted with loan amount 2140000/- for a period of 12 years with interest 10.1%. but your office give me a chart for 12 installments details of O/S Loan Rs.1500000/-from due date 10.01.2015 with an amount Rs.4151/-& subsequently 10th of every month with an amount Rs 25792/-.to be paid by me with liquidation date 10.10.2021. my question is` I) WHY the amount Rs.4151/-( Int +BPI) IS TAKEN IN 10.01.2015, 2) if the term is 12 yrs.
