Lic India — Non receipt of maturity payment

My maturity benefit of policy no[protected], shyambazar branch, kolkata, which has been matured on 10. 06. 2016, is steel not transferred to my s/b account, however i have send neftform with dully filled with cross cheque and fulfilled all formalities. But till date i did not get my maturity benefit of the said policy DETAILS : policy no[protected] D.O.C- 10.06.1991 D.O.M-10.06.2016 policy holder name- subrata biswas branch name- shyam bazar branch, kolkata.
