I have surrender my Pension plus plan ULIP No.[protected] after completion of five years on 28.09.2015 at your Katpadi branch, Vellore-6, Tamil Nadu. I have received a message from your branch office that your request will be processed nadh result will be communicated. Regarding this issue, repeated my phone calls, for the 2 months, they are saying that the server problem and if the problem over the amount will be given. I am retired man leading my life lonely with my pension only. I am chronic diabatic patient. I am badly need of money. So I have surrendered my policy to get money to meet out my day today expenses. But your people simply saying the one reply that Server Problem. I dont want your server problem. But I want my money to lead my life. Please save my life by giving of my money without further delay.
