Kindly check and arrange to resolve the issue as I am unable to see the Policy Status under my Agency Code 11264310 through the “Policy Status View Option in Agent Portal. This problem : “We are unable to process your request. Please try again later or contact LIC for further details”. We are facing the same issue from past 02 weeks.
