Sub: Non payment of monthly due since Dec./2013 Ref: to your letter IPP/Mumbai ZO/E-CERTIFICATE/Nov 2013/021249 Policy No :[protected] Dear Sir, The above ref. letter I have received on date 21/12/3013, I did completed the form details and dispatched under registered post of date 23/12/2013.I did check up the same, it has been received by yours and entry has been made in your records. This I have checked in your branch office at Maninagar. How ever it is not under stood why the monthly installment of Rs.2000/- withheld since Dec/2013.The amount due to me is Rs.4000/-(Dec & Jan) till date 07/01/2014 not credited to my Bank Baroda A/C.
