Dear Sir / Mam, My File Number for home loan transfer is [protected]. This home loan transfer request i submitted in the last week of May 2014 in Gurgaon office. My loan got approved on 28th July 2014 (i got the message). And my loan transfer fees is also also paid to LIC (around Rs.10000). Today is 5th September 2014 and loan disbursement is still pending. After too much of follow up, i am not getting the satisfactory answers. As per my calculation if LIC is doing one loan in 3 month, it means only 4 loans will be final in whole year. My property is in Omaxe Panorama City Bhiwadi. And my current loan is going on in DHFL. All the property papers including Registry are being hold by Builder(Omaxe) from last 3 months. Today i got a call from Omaxe, they can not hold the documents any more. I am feeling very frustrated and harassed.
