[Resolved] Lichfl — Misbehaviour by LICHFL | |||
I have a Housing loan from LICHFL(Gurgaon branch) where some amount is pending for disbursement since it is a construction linked payment. I made a payment of 2.8 lakhs to builder through LICHFL due to which my EMI was increased. However, the EMI for that particular month had already been deducted and I received a SMS that I will have to pay the differential for the month . 1. No e mail intimation since phone no.s can change 2. I got a call from a lady by the name of Sweetie, a recovery agent who was unruly and uncouth.I am not a defaulter. LICHFL has to find a mechanism to take that money through ECS . 3. The customer rep Divya was equally horrible and clueless. The only answer is, it is not my duty.
