I have taken a LIC home loan
Unable to login my LICHFL LOAN account.
My LICHFL loan account no. is[protected]. I forget my login password. I am not able to change the user id &login password. My e-mail ID is [protected]@gmail.com.Please inform me the procedure for changing of login password and User ID. ( LICHFL login detail)

I was able to login for the fist time and when I tried for the second time I could not login again.

LICHFL — EMI INCREASED WITHOUT REASON

EMI INCREASED WITHOUT CONSENT, WHILE INTEREST RATES ARE REDUCING.

There is no error message displayed on screen when i am giving my login and password. when i went to help mode it says my date of birth is wrong. please help me to login in my account. I took home loan in dec. 2009. my emi was due on 5.2.2010. thru ECS.but it was not deducted till date inspite of sufficient amount in my account. kindly look into this matter. my loan ac. no. is[protected] and branch is jeevan prakash bld. conn. place new delhi .

I have taken loan from you in Aug.2009 amounting to Rs 1780000/-.EMI was fixed as Rs15735/-.Last month all of a sudden EMI of Rs.17130/- was deducted without any reason and without any early notice.
I appeal concerned senior officers and request them to look into the matter.

LICHFL — Landline Numbers

My loan is approved from LICHFL - Janak Puri Branch, the landline numbers mentioned on the website is in-correct. I tried contacting LICHFL other branch offices however all the numbers are not in a working condition.

Request LICHFL admin to update the latest numbers on the website.

LICHFL — charging high interest on home loan

I take home loan in july 2010 from lichfl on 8.5% rate of interest ,but after 3 months rate of interest increased 1,5% means 10% in oct.2010 without any change in PLR. While they were giving new loan on 9% floating basis -There is completely fraud .

LICHFL — Negligent & Poor Service

My Loan account no is [protected] and file no 759074 from LICHF Amritsar office. Ajay Aggarwal area manager informed me today(26/04/2011) that you have failed to deposited your 4 month EMI and started threatening me for legal action against me

During loan request ,I provided them 20 PDC and ECS enable application duly filled and signed. Which Ajay Aggrawal said we are unable to get that service activate and we have consumed your 16 Post dated cheques. When I asked for rest of the cheques available with them and why they could not inform me since last 4 months if they could not received the payment. They had no clue and answers for the same and said this was our minor mistake. As per RBI rules Area office must inform customer if the cheques availability is exhausted , at least a month advance. Which they fail to. I never received any Email/ Letter/ Phone call in past from that office for any communication and reminders.

Now, Ajay Aggarwal, area manager informed me that they will use my available cheques with them but I would have to pay huge penalty. As It is not my fault why should I pay that penalty at all. Also, I am worried if by CIBIL has any default status due to LICHF technical and operation issues.

Please suggest what should I do ?

i am unable to register my account for logging into my account
