Policy No.[protected] Matured on 28/09/2014 LIC has paid Rs.5400 lesser than the maturity value stated in Bima Kiran Policy, as follows: As per the policy : Rs. 1, 45, 044 Credit afforded by NEFT : Rs. 1, 39, 644 Difference : Rs. 5, 400 LIC Official stated that it is due to system error; However, has not taken any step to credit the difference amount, even though I had pointed out the said difference in Discharge Voucher vide my letter dated 17/07/2014.
