Dear Sir/ Mam, I have paid premium of Rs1415 and Rs1642 against my LIC Policy No[protected] &[protected] respectively on[protected] through IDBI Bank - Eazy2Pay Payment Gateway : Merchant Name: Life Insurance Corporation Merchant Ref Number: 11092592 Payment Amount: Rs. 3101.42 Payment Date: Mon Jan 05 11:54:56 GMT+05:30 2015 Card Used: XXXX XXXX XXXX 8921 Transaction Identification Number:[protected] I still have not received any premium certificate from LIC.
