Sir, I, Mohd Yunus having Policy No[protected] on my name and premium is Rs 5629 pm.The premium has been deducted twice in the month of May 2016. I have complaint on tele no [protected] on 20/09/2016, and after that I have reminded him on several time but no action has been taken so far . I complain to my agent Name Mr TP Gupta of Gorakhpur but he did not take any initiative. Hence I request you to refund Rs 5629/- deducted extra from my account as early as possible. My policy no. is[protected] and premium amount is 2695/-. I have made online payment but I have not received the receipt of the transaction. Kindly e-mail the receipt for the above policy to my email id: [protected]@gmail.com

I made policy payment in the early morning of 23rd Sep 2016.
Premium amount debited from my account but not generated policy payment receipt in the LIC website & not shown the payment.

My policy no.Is[protected] i have made payment rs. 2854/- by indian overseas bank debit card to day but receipt not generated. The debit message immediately sent by bank. Kindly send receipt in the email provided
