Sir/Madam I paid LIC premium online on 1st march 2016 & 2nd march 2016 for Policy no[protected] for Rs. 329 (payable quaterly) through my son SBI Internet banking of account no [protected] (Imphal secretariat branch) and payment was made twice due to the system fault.
