[Resolved] Lifecell International — Complaint against kuldeep in lifecell gurgaon office | |||||
TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN There is a employee of LifeCell by the name Kuldeep in Gurgaon office. He called me up with routine follow up call. When I told him I have gone ahead with CryoBank and paid them all the money he started justifying that I should not go ahead with CryoBank thats when I told him not to please say anything because I have paid all the money which is non returnable. I did my home work and went ahead with what I found out to be the best. Why should Kuldeep have so much of problem if I have gone ahead with CryoBank? You are a sales person and your were behaving all this while very sweetly like a guy who is trying to impress his girl on his first date. And suddenly you behave like as if I am your biggest enemy and you start being rude to me. You behaved as if we have personal enmity or there is a war between India and Pakistan. If you are rude to me, believe me I can be more rude to you than what you can be. When he simply told me that I have wasted my money, I got in a shock. I politely told him that, Kuldeep, How old are you? Very rudely he says what you have to do with it? I again asked him, How old are you? He again said the same thing very rudely. Later he said 31 years. Thats when I told him if I tell you that you have wasted 31 years of your life how would you feel. So please do not tell me that I have wasted my money because even I would feel bad. Thats when our Mr. Kuldeep changed 360 degrees. He got pretty angry, pretty rude, unprofessional and whatever the words one can use. When he started shouting I had to shout because I am not here to take from like him. After heated argument I banged the phone down and I again called up because I could not believe that a guy who was trying to be sweet like Strawberry Candy to me how come he changed when I said I am going ahead with CryoBank. He again had same behavior and was again rude, shouting and totally, totally, totally unprofessional. Is this how you work in a professional world? I have worked in Sales throughout my life and what I have learnt is you should not start ripping apart the customer if they are not using your product and services. Kuldeep you need some serious training. Thats how not you deal with your customers or POTENTIAL customers. I request to Senior Management of LifeCell to please look into it and I will make sure that this message goes across to the right people in LifeCell.
