[Resolved] Lifecell International — False information & worst serives | |||||
I have register with lifecell for the preservation of stem cells of my child; at that time registration they confirmed one of the paramedic service specialist taken the stem cells within one hour we near to hospital Mogappair MMM hospital don't worry we collect the sample immediately. When i called the in-charge person (Vasanth)chennai they told at present no one near by your hospital due to heavy rain, but on 7 December no rain in chennai . So ask to doctor take the stem cells. I contact the sales executive (Sathish) he told all the all the paramedic some other place, we unable to come to hospital. Then i ask doctor (MMM hospital) chennai to help to take stem cell, she taken stem cell. Then i called the sales executive to collect the sample @ 1.30 pm they confirmed with in half on hour we collect the sample. But till 4.00 pm no agent came to hospital. I conduct the sales guy once again he told all the people in apollo hospital for collecting stem cell. I asked how many agents their in chennai they only 4 person collecting all over the chennai every one the struck ed in then in shouted . Atlast they came to 4.30 pm collect the samples.
