[Resolved] Lifecell International — Feeding pillow which need to be provided free | |||||
As per lifecell baby feeding pillow worth rs. 2000 should be provided for free, but till date they don't have the stock's in place in local mahindra babyoye stores. If customers are supposed to take that online for extra cost for shipping, why that was told that pillow is free, inspite they would have told we need to pay the amount which is mandatory. Till date we had all the promises made by lifecell are wrong & also we don't have no idea how the thing work when calling for collecting the sample.?? My crm no[protected] Ticket no. Csms160514kzy Its more than 10 days i never heard from life cell people. One of the worst service in recent times which i have already opted for. Still no response... yet...now provided coupon also got expired on 10th July...still people are trying to resolve issue..is this called customer support from Life Cell.???
