[Resolved] Lifecell International — Not responding to phone calls or emails after deal is done | |||
Hi, Lifecell people from PCMCM area are really pathetic and it increases as per their seniority. Our contact person was Ambika Rothore ([protected]), she told us that if we refer any of our friend they will give 2500 Rs as referral bonus. We referred one of friends but whenever i call her either she is not responding or saying that she will update me in 2-3 days, it is going since 6 months. Then I contacted their PCMC branch head, Suman([protected]), she asked me send email with my as well as referral details and said that she will confirm me in 7 days, i am still waiting for her reply (5 months gone as of today). She is more pathetic than Ambika. I don't want their money but at least they should inform about that. Was this information helpful? | |||

Lifecell cutomer care told me that if we refer any of our friend they will give 2500 Rs as referral bonus. We referred one of friends but whenever i call her either she is not responding or saying that she will update me in 2-3 days, it is going since one month and today I receieved a mail that they had deposited 1000 to my account.
This is definitely a cheat to their customer and instead of 2500 referral amount they are just paying 1000 to your customer. Please don't take your customer for granted and I am going to consumer forum to complaint this with below details
