[Resolved] Limeroad — Delivery of wrong product for the second time | |||||
I had ordered a black and rust cotton long Kurta from LimeRoad on the 18th of November to wear for a dance Recital. However, they delivered a wrong colour (purple with rust) though the description in the order mail said Black and rust. I was thoroughly disappointed and returned the product for the right one to be sent. I was supposed to wear the outfit on the 25th of Nov. As I didn't receive the product on time I had to run around looking for something similar. I was told that I would receive the right product this time around. After repeated calls and follow ups the product was delivered today . To my dismay, the product is again the wrong one. The same earlier Purple and Rust kurta which I returned. I fail to understand, how LimeRoad is unable to distinguish between Purple and black ? The quality of Customer support is Pathetic. They refused to escalate the matter or let me talk to a manager or supervisor. They repeat the same lines over and over again. ( You will receive the product in 5 working days/ is the colour purple and rust) etc. None of them have a resolution or even bother to find out the source of the issue. I have wasted a lot of Time, Money and Energy on Lime Road and feel totally harassed. The whole purpose of ordering online on LimeRoad s defeated. thoroughly disappointing with no respect for the customer. The Staff too need to be trained in etiquettes and customer service. Verified Support Nov 27, 2015 LimeRoad Customer Care's response We are so terribly sorry that this has happened to you, Ramie.This should not have happened and we are embarrassed about it.All products are inspected before being shipped. However, it seems to have been missed in this case due to mismatch in picture and product code on the website.We sincerely apologize and agree that this should not have happened.We will definitely be looking into it to avoid such incidents in future. As of now. we are doing everything to get the correct item delivered to you at the earliest.Your patience is highly appreciated.
