Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd — Delay in process of Duplicate FDR

I had submitted an indemnity bond almost a month ago for issuance of duplicate Fixed Deposit Receipt. Every time I call them the person who answers the phone advises that it is in process but does not have exact details as to when it will be dispatched.
