As per the letter dated 18/05/2016 forwarding warrant drawn on citibank towards final dividend declared by sanofi india td. My account number has been wrongly mentioned as [protected] (15 digits) instead of [protected] (16 digits) with punjab national bank thus resulting to returning of the necs credit by the bank with the reason "no such account" in respect of folio/dp-client id : in[protected]

This is a clear case of deficiency of customer service by your company which needs to be explained and also needs to be got rectified for future transactions.
