Lion Dates — UNHYGIENIC PACKING

Sir,
I bought a Dates Packet of Lion Dates which is packed on 28 aug 2013 batch No:0505.
But when I opened the same it seems very un hygienically packed with many insects inside the packet,
After that I have made a compliant mail to Lion Dates, the Reply was too casual, that they are ready to offer me a New packet for free of cost, I am not that much low migrant to buy a free/ sample packet from LION Dates,
I must get a loyal action
