Lister Metropolis — issue of reports

i had undergone blood profit test at above said lab at chinmay nagar virugambakkam branch, and they told me that they wud issue the report before 6 pm and also i received in mobile that the reports will be ready by 6 pm.. based on this commitment i got appointment with my doctor around 6.45 pm, , , .. i called the lab number around 5.30 pm they tod me that the reports are verified by doctor, , once it was ready they said they wud sent message in mobile before 6 pm to collect the reports, , i was waiting till 6.15, , i had received no messages, , , again i called them at around 6.30 they said the reports are with doctor yet, , , , , , and finally they sent me message at 7.02 pm to collect the reports ... immediately i reached their office at aroud 7.10 the lab was closed, , , , , and again i called them to find out thre report status, , they were telling me to come to nungambakkma to collect the report @ 7.15 pm and i got the appointment at 6.45 with my doctor, these people simply asking me to come to nungambakkam from chinmaya nagar, , , , , and after the above confusion i went to lab at chinmayangar to collect report, , , i asked them to use my debit card, , , , they had swipe machine, but it will not function it seems, , , i just left the lab saying that i wont need your report, , , , , it s already too later for me kindly, , , see that in future, , the same will not happen to any patients, , , i will not recommend ur lab to any one for sure regards k kathiravan [protected]
