Hi, i was hired as a part time (Work from home) customer executive for this company. I joined on 11th of april and as they said training was for 2 weeks. On 3rd week i was supposed to work from home but due to the problems with their softwares i wasnt able to work for 2 days. Then they called me again on 3rd day to the office to get it fixed. I went and tried back at home but it still didnt work out. Then they asked me to change my internet connection from reliance to airtel, which was ridiculous, because my internet connection is of 2mbps speed and it works absolutely fine. And for more to say i went to noida for training on my own expenses and as they said i bought power back ups and headsets for which they didnt pay a single penny to me. Even then i agreed to buy the ups and headsets. But they were asking me to change the entire net connection. They should've informed in the interview itself that what are the requirements for the work from home opportunity. They wasted my valuable 3 weeks time and unfortunately for those 3 weeks i didnt receive a penny even for the days i worked for them. When i told i wont be able to invest anymore on this they didnt bother to give me a call or pay me for the days worked. Complete unprofessional company, no co-ordination among the staff. I would never recommend anyone to waste money or time on this people, its a complete waste. And to mention very rude, miser and a selfish boss over there.
