Dear Sir,
The following 3 fixed deposits were made & have matured long back, however despite giving written reminders, we are yet to receive the maturity amount. kindly note the details of the FD -
Money doubler scheme -
1) FDR # C/[protected]/1 for Rs 8, 000/-. Deposit date 15/02/1997. Maturity date 03/01/2001.
2) FDR # [protected]/1 for Rs. 16, , 000/- . Deposit date 03/03/1997. Maturity date 03/02/2001.
Monthly income scheme -
1) F/[protected] for Rs. 10, 000/-. Deposit date 14/02/1997. Maturity date 15/02/1999.
Nothing was recevied monthly either...
None of the above FD's maturity has been received. Have given written messages to your office over the years but to no avail. Please advise how & when will there be a response to this.
I am a heart patient & have already given the written proof of my various hospitalisations to your KG marg canaught place Delhi branch. Please help me clear up this urgently.
